How to Make Maple Glazed Ham
Recipe Information
Maple Glazed Ham
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Place the 3 lb spiral ham in a roasting pan.
Cover the ham with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out.
Insert a digital thermometer into the ham, aiming for an internal temperature of 144°F.
Put the ham in the preheated oven and heat for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Stir the mixture over medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves into the maple syrup.
Once the ham is heated, remove it from the oven and brush the glaze over the top.
Serve the ham with extra maple syrup for dipping.
