Maple Glazed Ham

Put the commercial ham in the AmeriQue smoker.

Smoke the ham at 225 degrees for 2 hours.

Take the ham out of the smoker and score the outside edges.

Place the ham back into an aluminum foil pan.

Pour maple syrup over the ham, allowing it to soak in.

Place whole, halved, or chopped pecans on the ham.

Pour a little more maple syrup over the pecans.

Put the ham back into the smoker and cook at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Take the ham out of the pan and slice it.
