Maple Glazed Ham

1 (8-10 lb) bone-in ham
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Brush the glaze generously over the ham, making sure to cover all surfaces.

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until heated through.

Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Baste the ham with the glaze every 15 minutes during the last half hour of cooking.
