Mix the ham broth with clementine juice, bourbon, honey, cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, spicy mustard, and minced garlic in a saucepan.
Cook the glaze on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly reduced, tasting to adjust seasoning.
After one hour of cooking, check the ham's internal temperature; it should be around 140 degrees.
Carefully unwrap the ham and trim around the foil to maintain the bowl effect for juices.
Apply a third of the glaze to the ham and return it to the air fryer.
Cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees to caramelize the glaze.
Baste the ham again and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
For the final basting, use the remaining glaze and cook for another 5 minutes.
