Mix the flour, nutmeg, salt, baking powder & butter together.

Make a well in the middle and add the beaten eggs and cold water. Keep mixing until a smooth ball of dough is formed. Wrap with a cling film and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the fillings by sweating off the onion in little oil and then adding garlic, cooked fish, chopped vegetables & flour paste. Keep mixing until thickened.

Roll out the dough into meat pie shapes and then top with the fillings.

Seal the edges with egg wash, glaze the top with egg wash & then bake at 180 degrees centigrade for about 30 minutes until nice and golden.
