Often prepared for gatherings, it showcases local ingredients and spices, bringing families together around a hearty meal. Today, variations exist across the globe, with each culture adding its unique twist, making it a beloved dish in many households.

Season the clean beef with salt, beef stock cubes, and hot chili powder.
Dice some onion and add it to the seasoned beef.
Add the beef to a pot and cover it with boiled water.
Cook the beef in the boiled water until complete.
Make the pepper mix using 1 tin of canned plum peeled tomatoes, 2 tomatoes, diced onion, and a mix of bell and romano peppers.
Blend the pepper mix until smooth.
Heat vegetable oil in a big pot for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the blended pepper mix to the heated oil along with a bit of water and seasoning cubes, and extra salt.
Cook the pepper mix on medium to hot temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
Simultaneously, cook the beef until complete, which takes another 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the cooked beef back to the pot of stew along with the beef stock.
Allow the stew to cook on medium temperature for another 20 to 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the beef to soften.
