Servings4
1 lb chicken
2 cups carrots
2 cups cabbage
1 cup broccoli
1 cup bora (long bean)
8 oz champion chum noodles
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup parsley
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup bell peppers
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup cheese Chinese sauce
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark sweet soy sauce
1 cup water

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Season the chicken with garlic and onion powder, chicken bouillon, black pepper, all-purpose seasoning, and Chinese five spice, then mix well and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.

2

In a preheated pot of water, add the champion chum noodles, using most of the pack but not all, and do not salt the water.

3

In a preheated wok, add some oil and then the marinated chicken, mixing well and cooking for about 5 minutes before covering with a lid to allow the juices to release.

4

After 5 minutes, remove the lid and allow the chicken to cook until the juices evaporate, then mix and cook for another 5 minutes to brown the chicken.

5

Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the chicken, mixing well and cooking for about 2 to 3 minutes.

6

Add the remaining vegetables (cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and bora), then mix in the seasonings and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.

7

Combine cheese Chinese sauce with light and dark sweet soy sauce and a tad bit of water, then pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

8

Toss the noodles into the wok with the chicken and vegetables, mixing everything together to combine and ensure the noodles are coated in sauce.

9

Finally, add fresh cabbage, carrots, and green onions, then serve.
