Remove meat from chicken legs and cut into pieces.

Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.

Add chow mein noodles (340 grams) to boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for about 5 minutes.

Drain the noodles and set aside to prevent them from getting softer.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil until hot.
