1

Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon and rub it in.

2

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey to the salmon and rub it in as well.

3

Season the salmon with a generous amount of the seasoning mixture, flipping to season both sides without adding honey or oil to the skin side.

4

Season the shrimp with the remaining seasoning mixture, adding the juice of 1/2 lemon and massaging it in.

5

Heat a pan and add the seasoned shrimp, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden; remove from the pan.

6

In the same pan, add the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, then remove.

7

Add chopped onion to the pan and stir, then add minced garlic and stir again.

8

Add sun-dried tomatoes to the pan, followed by 1 cup of water and half a Maggi bouillon cube; stir until dissolved and reduce.

9

Once reduced, add about 2 cups of heavy cream and stir until it thickens.

10

Add in 1/2 cup parsley, 1/4 cup basil, a sprig of thyme, and the remaining seasoning; mix well.

11

Add spinach to the sauce and stir until wilted.

12

Return the salmon to the pan, drizzling some sauce on top, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

13

After 10 minutes, add the shrimp back to the pan, placing it on the side and basting with the sauce.
