Traditionally made with a paratha-like flatbread, it is filled with a spiced egg mixture and fresh vegetables, making it a popular snack or quick meal. Today, variations abound, with many incorporating different proteins or vegetables, showcasing the dish's adaptability and global appeal.

Mix 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and oil in a bowl.
Add milk gradually and knead the dough until soft, resting for 15 minutes.
Prepare vegetables: sauté garlic, onion, chili, mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, and tomatoes, keeping corn and coriander aside.
Add oregano to the sautéed vegetables and mix well, then set aside.
Divide the dough into three pieces and roll each into a round tortilla.
Prick the rolled tortilla to avoid air bubbles during cooking.
Heat a pan and add oil, then pour in half of the beaten eggs, spreading it out.
Place the tortilla over the eggs and cook for one minute before flipping.
Spread garlic mayonnaise over the tortilla, add sautéed vegetables, corn, coriander, and cheese, then roll it up.
Cook the rolled tortilla on low flame for two minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
