Their light, airy texture and sweet flavor make them a favorite among both children and adults. In modern times, meringues have found their way into various desserts and are popular worldwide, often customized with flavors and colors.

Lemon juice can stabilize egg whites similarly.
Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whisk until the mixture is glossy.
Fold in the Cuberdon syrup gently until well combined.
Spoon or pipe the meringue mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours or until the meringues are dry and crisp.
Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool completely inside.
