1

Drain the kidney beans and puree them in a food processor until smooth.

2

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree to the pureed beans.

3

Mix in 1 tablespoon of tequila and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

4

Prepare 2 cups of beef flavored stock using 2 tablespoons of Massel brand beef flavor and 2 cups of boiled water, then pour it into the mixture.

5

In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: 2/3 cup teff flour, 2/3 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup chickpea flour, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1/2 cup tapioca starch, 6 teaspoons psyllium husk, 1 teaspoon celery salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons roast mushroom powder, 2 teaspoons mixed herbs, 1/2 teaspoon English mustard powder, and 2 teaspoons ground sumac.

6

Stir the dry ingredients until well combined.

7

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

8

While the food processor is running, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture to avoid clumps.

9

Once everything is mixed, check the flavor and adjust if necessary.

10

Divide the mixture in half; shape one half into a log and wrap it in foil, pinching the ends to secure it.

11

Place the foil-wrapped log on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

12

After 40 minutes, flip the log and bake for an additional 35 minutes.

13

For the second half of the mixture, prepare to pressure cook it in the Instant Pot.
