3 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp asafoetida (hing) powder
2 pinches fenugreek (methi) seed powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
3 tbsp jaggery (or sugar)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
few curry leaves (karee pataa)
1 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp mustard oil
