Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 packet yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 cup cold mashed potatoes to the eggs and mix together.
Add 1/2 cup warm milk to the mixture and mix.
Start adding flour gradually, mixing until combined.
Knead the dough by hand until it comes together.
Grease a bowl with a little oil and place the dough inside.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise until double in size.
Once risen, knead the dough down a little.
Cover the dough again with a towel and let it rise again until double in size.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface using a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into two rectangles or one big square.
Spread cream cheese filling on top of the dough.
Cut strips at an angle down the sides of the rectangles, leaving a middle space.
Spread blueberry filling in the middle area on top of the cream cheese filling.
Braid the dough by folding the strips over to create a braided pattern.
Transfer the braided dough to a baking sheet using a flexible cutting board.
Let the braided dough rise again before baking.
Bake the braided dough in the oven until done (exact time not specified).
Let the baked braids cool slightly after removing from the oven.
Make a glaze by mixing powdered sugar, a little salt, vanilla, and water until the right consistency is achieved.
Drizzle the glaze over the slightly warm braids.
