Teig in zwei Teilen ausrollen (Boden+Rand und Deckel).

Boden in eine Form legen und die Walnusskaramellmasse daraufgeben.

Den Deckel auf den Karamell legen und andrücken.

Mit einer Gabel Linien in den Deckel kratzen und mit Eigelb bestreichen.

Bei 200°C ca. 30 Minuten backen.
