Overnight Oatmeal

2 cups almond milk
1 cup quick oats
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 cantaloupe

Combine oats, almond milk, cinnamon, hemp seeds, chia seeds, honey, and yogurt in a bowl, mixing well.

Note that the mixture will be liquidy at first but will thicken overnight as the oats absorb the liquid.

Cut a cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds.

Divide the oatmeal mixture into the two cantaloupe halves.

If needed, slice a bit off the bottom of the cantaloupe halves to help them sit upright.

Cover each cantaloupe half with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, take out the cantaloupe bowls and top with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
