Overnight Oatmeal

1/2 cup raw oatmeal (40 grams)
4 tablespoons peanut butter powder (24 grams)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120 milliliters)
1 tablespoon raw organic honey (15 grams)
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (110-115 grams)
1/2 large banana (approximately 50 grams)
a pinch of cinnamon

Weigh out 1/2 cup or approximately 40 grams of dry oatmeal.

Add 4 tablespoons or 24 grams of peanut butter powder (PB Fit).

Pour in 1/2 cup or approximately 120 milliliters of unsweetened almond milk.

Add 1 tablespoon or approximately 15 grams of raw organic honey.

Mix the oatmeal, peanut butter powder, almond milk, and honey together until smooth to avoid dry clumps.

Add 1/2 cup or about 110 to 115 grams of nonfat Greek yogurt.
