2 medium zucchini
1 lb asparagus
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill

Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon skin-side down in the hot pan before the oil gets too hot to prevent curling.
