300 ml warm milk
1 pack of yeast (7g)
350 gr all purpose flour
3 tbsp of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
30 gr butter
corn starch

Mix 100 ml of warm milk with yeast.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix well. Then add the remaining milk and knead the dough.

Transfer the dough to a work surface. Spread half of the butter on it and knead well, then do the same with the remaining butter (as shown in the video).

Let it rise for 1 hour. Then place it on a floured work surface and divide into 12 parts. Shape each part into a ball. Arrange in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover with foil, and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Once risen, sprinkle with a little corn starch. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees.
