1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 cup cold water
2 lbs. ground Sirloin
1 med. carrots

1/2 med. onion
1/2 med bell pepper
1 celery stalk
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. fresh ginger
1 Maggi Vegetable cube
Sazon Seasoning (to taste)
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes or black pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup water
