Soak 2 tablespoons of raisins in a dash of rum for 15 minutes.

Separate 6 eggs into egg whites in one bowl and egg yolks in another.

Add 350 milliliters of milk and grated lime rind to the egg yolks.

Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and whisk until combined.

Fold in 200 grams of all-purpose flour until combined.
