Wash the bell pepper with fruit and veggie wash to remove wax.
Chop the bell pepper, onion, and garlic, and add them to the food processor.
Add oregano leaves, cumin, black pepper, and a couple pinches of salt to the food processor.
Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
Pulse the mixture until it forms a coarse paste.
Drain excess moisture from the paste using a colander to avoid mushy burgers.
Combine the paste with 80/20 ground beef and form into burger patties.
Place the patties in the freezer to firm up before grilling.
Shred the cabbage and cook it down in butter until softened.
Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and parsley for a topping sauce.
Grill the burger buns on a hot griddle or skillet until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing the grilled patties on the buns, adding grilled tomatoes, onions, and the cabbage mixture on top.
Drizzle the special sauce over the assembled burgers and cover with the top bun.
