Slice 2 medium size potatoes.

Slice 2 medium sized onions.

Add butter to the pan and heat it.

Add the sliced onions to the pan and let them sweat.

Add the sliced green chillies to the pan.

Drop in the sliced potatoes and add some water to cook the veggies.

Crush the ginger and garlic using a mortar and pestle.
