Take 3 big raw potatoes, sliced onions, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and finely chopped garlic.

Add green chili and 1 red Kashmiri dried chili.

Fill a pan with water until the vegetables are covered and mix them.

Cook until the potatoes are around 85% cooked, about 8-10 minutes.

Once the potatoes are almost cooked, add soft cheese and mix until melted and creamy with the potatoes and vegetables.

Add chopped coriander for freshness and serve.
