pork tenderloin

soy sauce

Marinate pork with soy sauce and cornflour; mix well and set aside.
Prepare green beans by cutting off the stems and slicing diagonally into sections.
Use preserved radish, which is already diced; adjust seasoning due to its saltiness.
Use dried shrimps that have been rinsed and dried; note they can also be salty.
Chop two cloves of garlic roughly.
Heat a wok over medium heat; add vegetable oil when hot.
Add dried shrimps to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add chopped garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds to a minute until fragrant.
Add marinated pork to the wok and stir-fry until it's no longer pink.
Add green beans to the wok and pour in some water.
Add soy sauce and sugar; mix well and cover to let steam develop for about 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, check for water level; there should be only a little left at the bottom of the pan.
Taste the dish and adjust seasoning with more soy sauce if needed; drizzle soy sauce at the side of the pan for added flavor.
