In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup almond flour and 1/2 cup whipped rice syrup.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons water, then whip into a creamy paste.

Add 8 tablespoons of vegan butter and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Mix in 6 tablespoons of coconut sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Stir in 1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour until about 80% mixed.
