Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a medium hot skillet.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced onion and 1 clove of minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly for about 1 minute.
Add 8 ounces of cremini mushrooms to the skillet.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary.
Stir the mixture and cook until the mushrooms start to turn golden brown, about 5 to 10 minutes.
While the mushrooms are cooking, preheat the oven to 350°F and take the brie cheese out of the refrigerator to let it breathe for at least 30 minutes.
Place the brie on parchment paper and bake in the oven for 5 to 12 minutes until warm and soft.
Once the brie is done, serve it with fruit and crackers, and place the sautéed mushrooms over the top.
