Roughly chop a handful of flat leaf or curly parsley (2 tablespoons).

Dice 4 cloves of garlic.

Slice King mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms (stems plucked away), and Crimini mushrooms.

Heat a large skillet over moderate heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and let them sit undisturbed for about 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, turn the mushrooms with a spoon or toss them in the pan.
