Soy Butter Sautéed Mushrooms – Easy Japanese Butter Ponzu Recipe!

Trim the ends, wash, and dry the mushrooms thoroughly with a paper towel.

Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add butter, then toss in king oyster mushrooms. Sauté until lightly browned (1 min). Add shimeji mushrooms, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Toss in enoki mushrooms, stir-fry for another 1 minute.

Drizzle with ponzu (citrus soy sauce) and mix well. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot!
