Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slivers.

Cook the spinach for 2 minutes, strain it, and place it into a saucepan with the cream.

Cook the spinach and cream mixture for 5 minutes, then purée it.

Pour the creamed spinach over the mushroom carpaccio.

Grate parmesan cheese over the entire dish and grill in the oven at 200º C for 5 minutes.
