Cut the onion into julienne strips and then in half.

Caramelize the onion in regular butter until golden brown.

Season the chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and Herbes de Provence.

Dredge the seasoned chicken in flour.

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan to 350°F.

Sear the chicken breasts in the frying pan until golden brown.

Add salt to the chicken while cooking.

Add canned white beans to the pan with the chicken.

Sauté red and green bell peppers in the same pan after removing the chicken.

Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the pan.
