HOW TO MAKE TUSCAN CHICKEN | EASY & DELICIOUS

Slice the two large chicken breasts into four pieces.

Season the chicken with lemon pepper, adobo seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, pepper flakes, and Himalayan salt. Let it sit for about 25 minutes.

In a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix them together.

Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut them into pieces.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate.

In the same skillet, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Stir and cook until the onions are beautifully cooked.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and stir.

Pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2-3 tablespoons of white wine. Stir to combine.

Add reserved seasonings and smoked paprika to the sauce, adjusting to taste.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and some of the oil from the tomatoes to the sauce.

Nestle the chicken back into the skillet, adding any juices from the chicken, and let it simmer on low for a bit.
