Tuscan Chicken

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup spinach, fresh
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Prepare spinach by removing the stems and keeping only the leaves.

Chop sundried tomatoes into smaller pieces, but not too finely.
