2 tsp dried chili
1 tsp saffron

In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder, curry, saffron, dried chili, and salt.

Chop the tomatoes and finely chop the cresson and chives. Incorporate the cresson and chives into the bowl and mix well.

Gradually pour in the water until a smooth batter is achieved. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a thick-bottomed pot, fry the fritters in hot oil until golden brown.

Once out of the fryer, place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Reserve.
