1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
6 oz monterey jack cheese - grated
10 empanada wrappers (I used Goya, they're pretty good)
1 egg - separated
olive oil
salt
pepper
