1 cup of almond milk
⅓ cup of plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of grated turmeric
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of mint leaves

In a blender, combine the banana, almond milk, turmeric powder, ginger powder, honey (or maple syrup), and spinach if using.
