1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Add 1 frozen banana and 2 cups frozen pineapple into the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (or 1 tablespoon if using fresh turmeric).
