Add beef steak into a bowl.
Season the steak with seven colors Crow seasoning and mix until evenly combined.
Grease a pan with oil and add the seasoned steak.
Saute the steak until well cooked through.
Remove the cooked steak into a separate bowl.
In the same pan, add red onions and saute until translucent.
Season the onions with salt and add sugar to glaze them.
Add garlic and ginger to the onions and mix well.
Pour in Worcestershire sauce and Prego sauce, then mix.
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes to reduce.
Add the cooked steak back into the pan and mix until evenly coated in the sauce.
Spread butter on the Portuguese rolls and place them on a hot pan to crisp up.
Assemble the rolls by adding lettuce, jalapenos, and the steak with sauce.
