Cook the mixture on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring continuously without covering the pan.

After 15 to 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool in a greased plate.

Once cooled, cut the mixture into square pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them splutter.

Add white sesame seeds and 8 to 10 curry leaves to the oil and sauté briefly.
