2 medium potatoes
1 small onion
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons chaat masala
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/4 cup coriander
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 medium tomato
1 cup sev
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup green chutney
1/4 cup sweet chutney
20 pieces papdi

Boil the chickpeas until cooked.

In a bowl, combine boiled chickpeas with finely chopped potatoes, onions, green chilies, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black salt. Mix well.

Add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice to the mixture and mix again.

Use hung yogurt (strained yogurt) and add salt and a little sugar to it. Whisk until smooth.
