1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
