In a bowl, add the ground oats and the hummus of your choice.
Stir the mixture with a fork until it gets sticky and the dough starts to form.
If the dough is too sticky, add a tablespoon of soft ground oats; if it's too dry, add some water.
Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until thin and even.
Cut the dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a pizza cutter.
Transfer the cut crackers to a lined baking sheet.
If desired, sprinkle seeds on top and gently press them into the dough.
Poke holes into the dough with a fork to prevent puffing during baking.
Sprinkle with salt on top if you prefer them salty.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking at 15 minutes to avoid burning.
Remove from the oven and place the crackers on a wire rack to cool down and become crispier.
Store in an airtight container to keep them crispy for a couple of days.
