1 gram of baking powder
20 grams of corn starch
35 grams of scallions
1/3 chili pepper

Mix milk, melted butter and salt (you can also add any spices, such as dried garlic). Then add the yeast, flour, baking soda, and cornstarch. Mix until you have a dough.

Finely chop the green onions and chili peppers. Add them to the dough and mix by hand so that the filling is evenly spread. Then cover the dough and leave for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dough as you roll it out. Then use a pastry spatula or knife to cut the dough into small rectangles.

Place the pieces of dough on a baking tray on top of baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
