Put a pot on the stove at medium-high heat (7 or 8).

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the pot and break it apart.

Add some chopped bell peppers and onions to the pot, saving some for later.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything well.

Add 1/4 cup of epis to the ground beef and mix it in.

Add 2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon and 1 package of saison to the pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of Tony's Creole seasoning, mixing well after the first tablespoon and adding the second later.

Add 6 cups of water to the pot and mix everything together.

Let the mixture boil until the water is hot and boiling.

Wash 6 cups of Jasmine rice in a blue bowl, squeezing it with your hand for 2-3 washes.

Make sure to wash the rice only after the water is boiling to avoid stickiness.

Once washed, add the rice to the pot, letting excess water drip off.

Place the rice in the pot to form a peak, ensuring it rises above the water level.

Mix the rice into the pot with a spoon, scraping from the bottom.

Remove any lumps and clumps from the rice while mixing.

Add 2 tablespoons of salted butter to the rice and mix until dissolved.

Let the rice absorb the water, checking that it remains wet but not soupy.
