Originating from Ghana, Tea Bread is a beloved sweet loaf often enjoyed with tea or coffee. Traditionally made for special occasions, it embodies the warmth of Ghanaian hospitality. Today, this delightful bread has gained popularity beyond Ghana, with variations appearing in many West African communities and among diaspora.

Add milk, yeast, and butter to a KitchenAid mixer bowl and stir.
Measure flour correctly and add it to the mixture along with salt and cinnamon powder.
Knead the dough by hand for about 12 minutes or until relaxed.
Grease a bowl and place the dough inside; the dough should bounce back when pressed.
Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until doubled in size.
Press down the dough to release air and divide it into four parts.
Shape each part into a log, pinching the ends to make them pointy.
Dust a baking sheet with flour and place the shaped loaves on it.
Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen napkin, letting it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) and bake for 10 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
