Today, this delightful bread has gained popularity beyond Ghana, with variations appearing in many West African communities and among diaspora.

Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl.
Add 1/3 cup milk powder, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix until well incorporated.
Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 10 grams of instant yeast; mix until incorporated.
Gradually add water while mixing until the dough begins to form.
Add 1 tablespoon of margarine and mix until well combined.
Flour a working board and transfer the dough onto it; knead for 10 minutes until it bounces back when pressed.
Divide the dough into two equal sizes by eyeballing it.
Knead and fold the dough nicely, then roll and stretch it to make it long, ensuring the ends are smaller.
Sprinkle flour in the baking pan and transfer the rolled dough into it, adjusting the size to fit the pan.
Sprinkle some flour on top of the dough and cover it with a cloth; allow it to rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
After 45 minutes, bake the bread for 10 to 15 minutes or according to your oven settings.
