Sweet potatoes add nutrition and sweetness.

Grate 1.4 kg of potatoes on a fine grater.

Squeeze the water out of the grated potatoes and drain the water, leaving the starch.

Add a little milk, salt, pepper, and the remaining starch to the potatoes; mix until combined.

Form the mixture into small dumplings.

Fry the dumplings on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Put the fried dumplings in a saucepan and place them in the oven at 180 °C for 45-50 minutes.
