1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder

150 grams cashew paste
4 green chili
250 milliliters warm milk
300 milliliters water
1/4 teaspoon Kewra water

Take blender, add 50 grams white bread slices, 250 milliliters milk and blend it well. Keep aside.

Take a blender, add 170 grams onions, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 100 milliliters water and blend it well. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add 500 grams chicken, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

Marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 60 milliliters butter, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 pods green cardamom, 4 pods cloves and stir well.

Add blended puree and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add marinated chicken and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.

Add 150 grams cashew paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 green chili and cook for 5 minutes.

Add blended bread milk and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

Add 250 milliliters warm milk, 300 milliliters water and stir well.

Cover it with lid and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.

Add 1/4 teaspoon Kewra water and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove it from heat.

Garnish with green chili.

Serve hot.
