10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil

Soak horse gram in water overnight.

Transfer soaked horse gram to a pressure cooker, add salt, and cook on high flame for 2 whistles, then low flame for 3 whistles.

While the horse gram is cooking, chop onion and garlic finely.

Add green chili to the chopped onion and garlic and grind them together.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high flame.

Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them pop.

Add curry leaves to the pan and sauté briefly.

Add the ground onion, garlic, and green chili mixture to the pan and sauté until the raw smell disappears.

Chop raw banana into small pieces and add to the pan.

Sprinkle turmeric powder and red chili powder over the raw banana and mix well.
