1 lb mini sweet peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the mini sweet peppers and slice them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
